Corporate design, development and implementation
As part of the WDR-umbrella brand strategy, we worked for the UKCC agency to create and implement a new visual identity for WDR 5, which was then documented in a corporate design manual. The design concept follows the core idea: “WDR 5 provides audio content for those eager to learn”. Photographs from the spheres of politics, economics, and culture were combined with thematically related symbolic pictures, to communicate the idea of acquiring knowledge with the help of the programmes offered by WDR 5.
